11 Weeks

How far along: 11 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: -1lbs
Size of the baby: a lime
Maternity clothes: whatever I have leftover, maybe nothing?
Sleep: I've been waking up every night around 4am for I have no idea what reason, and then I just lay there because I can't fall back asleep for about an hour, it might be from my extremly vivid dreams.
Best moment since last week: .....
Miss anything: my mt dew!
Movement: none yet
Food cravings: a lot of food sounds super nasty, but when I do want to eat, it's always salty things or deli sandwiches like Jimmy Johns. 
Anything making you queasy or sick: this was actually a pretty tuff week and I was queasy pretty much the whole time. 
Have you started to show yet: I don't think so. My 7 year old cousin told me "It's so weird, you just look like normal Ashlee and not a pregnant Ashlee" lol 
Gender: I was told I can find out at 14 weeks... so I probably will
Labor signs: none
Belly button in or out: in
Wedding rings on or off: on
Happy or moody most of the time: probably 70/30 mostly happy
What are you looking forward to this week: We have another Drs appointment on Monday, we'll get to hear the babys heartbeat and get new pictures!! 

Ten Weeks 3 Days

Here we are, 1/4 of the way done! I can't wait to be farther along so I can feel baby moving and not keep thinking it's all in my head! Our next apt is in one week and I just can't wait! I did this little thing with Olivia every now and then while I was preggers so I'm going to try and do it again this time. Hopefully I'll remember because my blogging skills have gone WAY down hill!

Maternity clothes: whatever I have leftover, maybe nothing?
Sleep: It's really hard to get comfy because my boobs hurt SO BAD but once I do I am sleeping mostly thru the night, sometimes I wake up to pee.
Best moment since last week: um.... the weather has been great so we've been outside a lot

Have you started to show yet: its hard to tell, i was already over weight so... :(

What are you looking forward to this week: My sweet neighbor offered to take Olivia for a play date so I can take a nap later this week and not pawn Olivia off on my mom like I always do!


This is our 9 week ultrasound. It just looks like a tiny bobble head lol. Can't wait to get new pictures in a week! We'll be almost 12 weeks so it should look more like a baby by then!

7 weeks 1 day

Wow, I guess last year really did a number on me! I haven't blogged since we lost baby 2 at 5.5 weeks. I've shed so many tears over that day since then. All the blaming on myself, questions, sadness thinking that was it, and facing the realization I might only ever have one child and to embrace her!
Almost a year later, here I am, 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I've taken 3 tests I have a Dr's appointment in 2 weeks and I'm all kinds of nauseous!
We went to Florida the first week of February and I got so motion sick on the flight there is thought, maybe it's morning sickness? I didn't want to get my hopes up though and blew it off, we had so much fun frolicking at the beach and disneyworld and the day after we got back, I missed my period! I've been so nervous something will happen that I haven't really had time to be excited. It's such a weird feeling, almost as if it's not real. My first appointment I'll get to hear the heartbeat and do an ultrasound, I'm so excited, but a little sad, the only time they had open was 930am so Kasey won't make it :( I don't know if he pretends it's not a big deal, or he really doesn't mind, but I'll be sad he isn't with me.
This is my last baby, so I want to make sure I go all out, I have announcement ideas planned and gender reveal ideas! I'm already putting aside money for a birth photographer, because Kasey had to do it for Olivia and I don't want him to have to worry about it this time.

bad dream

Bad dreams are not super uncommon in our house, Olivia has them a couple times a month and wakes up crying, normally she tells us she was dreaming of things like giant spiders or the "bad guys" from PJ Masks which are not really bad and its one of her favorite shows. 

Well this morning at 5am Olivia started crying, Kasey went in and took care of her and I stayed in bed, later in the morning when I was getting ready for work she came upstairs and I asked her why she was crying and this was her response

"I had a bad dream, that I stole your lipstick and I got it over my whole body and you were sad, so you called the police man and you were making me go with him because I was stealing" 

It took every ounce of self control to not start laughing, instead I gave her a hug and told her I loved her and wouldn't ever call the police because she used my lipstick. Then I sent her down to let the dog out so I could have a good laugh, I guess maybe I could lay off on the whole "don't steal things or the cops will come" speech, but at least I don't need to worry about her being a thief!
