Obsession...

I have never been much of a reader... until this last week. This is what I spent most of my weekend doing!

and this is what I'm going to spend my free time this week doing...

Wish the rest of my life luck! For some odd reason I can't seem to put these down.. maybe because I know what happens I just don't know how and so now i'm dying to find out the 'hows' of what happens in these books. Either way I should have my life back by Friday :)

If you haven't noticed I've been in the blogging mood the last couple days! However the other day when I mentioned that I randomly look up images I decided to post them everynow and again so today I looked up 'Mint' and this is my favorite picture I found on flickr by imemgee

What is he thinking?

So unfortunately I am cursed to read the headlines everyday to make sure that nothing is happening around Baghdad and make sure my soldier is safe! So as you can imagine I was not so excited to get back from lunch today to find this as a headline in the news
"Car bomb kills 17 in Baghdad, Iraqi Police say"
all I want to know is where is the logic in us releasing these 12,000 detainees so they can go back out in the streets and blow people up? ugh.. this is why politics and military do not get along!

On a side note, if you want to write a letter to a soldier that would LOVE to hear from someone back home in the good 'ol USA please feel welcome! Just 'click here' and your on your way!

Sometimes when I'm bored I like to search different images on yahoo... today I chose rings and I think I found one of the cutest pictures of 'rings' that I've ever seen and when I go home I am going to recreate this same image! How cute is this?? (ok I know this may not be cute to everyone but.. it is to me :) so... ya)
